Nokia today introduced a new N810 WiMAX edition.

WiMAX is a standards-based wireless broadband technology that offers wireless broadband access without the need for a SIM card.

N810 has a a huge 4.13" WVGA touchscreen display that shows 65,536 thousand colors and has the resolution of 800x480 pixels.

The phone is also packed with features as a A-GPS function, High quality stereo speakers and sensitive microphone, Integrated desk stand, integrated VGA web camera and Ambient light sensor.

For internet browsing, Nokia uses Browser based on Mozilla technology with state-of-the-art web standard support including AJAX.

The Nokia N810 has a smooth slide keyboard with integrated QWERTY. It also has integrated media player and 2 GB of internal memory, expandable to a full 10 GB of memory using a microSD memory card.

Nokia say that the N810 Internet Tablet will be available in the second quarter of 2008.
