Nokia, one of the biggest mobile phone manufacturers, has announced mixing its technology with Morph concept. In association with Cambridge University and Professor Mark Welland, the company intends to create a mobile phone mixed with nanotechnology.
The device would have two parts, the phone itself and a detachable speaker that can be put on the ear, or attached to the phone as a speaker.
The Morph concept is believed to bring revolutionary changes in combination with mobile phones. The nanotechnology used should give materials and components that are transparent, flexible, stretchable and very strong. The technology should also enable the materials to clean themself, repel dirt and water, sense the enviroment and save energy.
The device will use common applications to measure everything, like air pollution for example. The mobile phone market is changing and upgrading, and Nokia has decided to keep upgrading its products to the maximum.
