This is a 3G smartphone model that doesn't differ much from the earlier E61 model.

Nokia E61i It has the dimensions of 117x70x13.9 mm and it weights 150 g.

It is a rather robust device, but it is very solid, and it lies well in hand.

On its front side it has a big screen with a diagonale of 2,8 inches, 320x240 pixel resolution, it shows 16million of collors and it can be adjusted with five levels of background lighting. It is a flawless screen, that really points out all the details in pictures, and it behaves excellently in all conditions. The box is made out of metal on the front side, and most of the back side, and the rest of the phone is covered in solid plastic.

The back side of the device contains only a camera. It is a 2 megapixel camera, that doesn't have a flashlight. The pictures taken look very good, but due to the fact that there is no flashlight, if you want decent pictures, you will have to shoot them during daylight.

The charger, IC, nad Pop slots, are located on the bottom side of the phone. On the top of the phone there is a light sensor and a key for turning the phone on or off.

It works on a Symbian OS 9.1 S60 3.0 UI platform, and the processor works on 220 Mhz. The speed of the phone is very good, and it contains a number of applications and supports a lot of formats including Office applications.
