This is a hand computer with an integrated Intel processor PXA270 with 520 of MHz with 128MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM, and GSM and GPS modules for communication and navigation.

Mio A701Mio A701 has an Intel 520MHz processor which makes it a very good device for music or video reproduction which is done using a Windows Media Player.

The device supports memory cards up to 2GB of memory. The camera has 1.3 megapixel of resolution and it supports recording of videos in QVGA resolution and WMV formats.

The software for the camera is integrated in to the Pictures & Videos application.Sending the MMS and e-mails with the pictures taken by the camera is very simple, and it comes as a big plus to the device. The screen is sharp, clear and easily readable.

Connecting is done through the Bluetooth 1.2 because the device doesn't support SDIO specification.

It is also possible to connect to the other devices using the GPRS and Bluetooth DUN profile. The sound reproduced by the speaker isn't very good, it is quiet and faint.

The device has an installed SiRF Star 3 chip and the device doesn't come with a GPS software.

Ergonomically, the A701 is great, and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.It has great PDA and navigation abilities, but bad communicative abilities.
