This is a very good overlap mobile phone, that has a very nice design, and high functionality. V6 has the dimensions of 53.3x104.1x15.24 mm, and it weights 105 g.

Upper, glass surface of the phone, has a few other attractive specifities.

Under the Motorola logo and on the side edges of the glass, there are electroluminiscent panels which signalize incoming calls with its turning on or off.

Looking from a functional aspect, it may seem rather redundant, but it gives the phone another dimension of and attractivity.

The touch sensible keys are used for managing the music.

They are blue lighted, and enable navigation through playlists, songs, artists or albums.

The external screen during reproduction doesn't show cover art of the song, probably because of its dimensions.

The screen is a TFT, QVGA with the resolution of 240x320 pixels.

The picturequality is excellent, the screen shows 7 lines of text, and it acts very good in sunlight.

V6 has a 2.0 megapixel camera, that makes quite good photos. You can take photos in four resolutions, it has a self-timer, different effects, and digital zoom up to 8x.

V6 is a 3G mobile phone, that brings several important novelties. The amount of installed memory is also increased concerning the older generations and it amounts to 64MB - quite enough for starters and easily expandable by microSD cards that are inserted in the slot next to the battery.

2.0 Bluetooth version is supplemented by EDR funcionality, that enables a lot more data transfer speed (up to 2,1 Mb/s). It has HSDPA data transfer support with speed up to 3,6 Mb/s.

There has also been modifications in software aspect of the platform. All of the bugs have been corrected, and a number of new, useful options has been added. Java support is considerably advanced, without any problems the applications can be held and powered from memory card, and the possibility of using the Java screensaver has been added.
